    Beloved Acharya Girish Jha Ji always inspire me for the positive attitude & improve the quality of life through Meditation & Practicing of Yoga. I know how the way change in my life after met with my beloved Acharya Ji. Before met Acharya Ji I was suffering with many negative problems like Lack of Confidence, Fear, Anxiety, and Lack of taking decision. After met Acharya Ji I am completely Change from Inside as well outside.   3. I am Vinay Kumar would like to share my experience
    The Way I learn to Acharya Girish Jha Ji. How to remove stress in our Life with this Simple Technique.
    This is Abdominal-breathing Exercise, which I daily practice two times in a day.
    Its wonderful effect over me I felt relax, increase concentration power,
    increase energy level.

    Step of Abdominal Breathing.

    1 you can do this practice while lying down or sitting in comfortable Posture.
    If we lying down that is much better as compare sitting because we more relax,
    Loose your body and put your hand on your stomach. Eyes should be closed.

    2 Now start your breathing by your stomach slowly & deeply, breathing should be as much as deep you can, where by you feel some stretch on your lower part of the Nibble

    3 Your breathing inhalation and exhalation should be in it proportionate. Your process of breathing should be complete at least 15 second and more than it will good.

    4 At the time of breathing don’t wander your mind here & there just become witness of your breathing. And feel the sensation in your body.

    5 Do this process at least 15 to 25 times.

    6 After completed this process sit & watch your thoughts & feel the sensation in your body.

    This is one of the powder techniques, which I learn from Acharya Girsh Jha Ji. It helps me lot for progress towards peace, Prosperity & Success.
